18 months old!

Boy how time flies! Our little Kirstie is 18 months old! She is growing up so fast!

She loves to play in the cupboard under the bathroom sink. Apparently, it's a great place to sit and read!

Chllin' in the laundry basket, watching tv with daddy!

She loves to wear mommy's apron around the house.

Kirsite's favorite things to do include climbing on everything and anything, reading books, flushing the toilet, and helping her mom. She is very quick to grab the dustpan (which she calls the "thank you") and give it to me when I'm sweeping. She also pulls out the broom multiple times a day and gives it to me. Our kitchen floor has never been so clean!

Music is one of her favorites as well. She has learned how to turn on the radio on both our alarm clock and the tv. She turns it on and then dances. She also loves to be sung to, but is very picky about which song you sing. She will adamantly shake her head "no" if you don't sing the song she wants. Her song of choice changes from day to day.

She already loves to play the piano and gets excited when kids come over for piano lessons. She will sit at the piano all day long and play it. Of course, she has to have a piano book in front of her. She will play for a little bit, then turn the page, play some more, turn the page...

She's doing very well with her glasses. She loves to take them on and off herself. She also loves to have them cleaned-- we do it too many times a day to count!

Her favorite foods include pretzels and marshmallows. She insists that you put them in a little bowl and give her a spoon. No matter what's she's eating, she has to have a spoon.
