We started the morning early with the Draper parade. We used to go as kids all the time, so it's fun to take my kid(s) there now! Kirstie loved sitting in her little chair and waving to everyone as they passed by.
A big thanks to those who passed out the otter pops!! The perfect treat on a hot morning!
Someone gave Kirstie a pom-pom. It was her favorite thing about the parade!

Here's Kirstie and Payton dancing to the music-- with the pom pom, of course.

We got so much candy- it was like an early Halloween. Brent was right there in the streets with all the kids picking up candy. Kirstie thought it was great when people threw the candy. She would laugh with delight. But she wasn't very fast about picking it up, so dad had to help her out!

Fun fun times!
sounds like fun, July does seem to be loaded with patriotic festivities. 4th of july or not.
You blog is so cute (and so is Kirstie—and she's so big!). Congrats on the upcoming baby boy too!
