Take me out to the ball game!

Last week our family, along with every other family with a Pass of all Passes, went to the Bees game.  It was a hot night, and we weren't sure what to expect with our little ones, but it turned out to be a fun night.

Kirstie quickly found some new friends to hang out with.  These siblings were sitting together in the shade when Kirstie just sat herself down with them and started talking to them.  They weren't quite sure what to think of  this "intruder."

Here's her next set of new friends that she made.  She may be shy aroudn adults, but she will go up to any group of kids and try to be their friends.

Brent and I made the mistake of letting Ian out of his stroller.  As soon as we did, he was all over the place running everywhere and trying to climb up on the outfield fence.  I kept looking around at all the other little ones sitting with their families, feeling just a little bit of envy.

So to keep the kids entertained I took them to ride the train.

Afterwards we went to the playground and let them run around for awhile.

Pretty soon, it was after 8:00 and time to go home (just as the day was starting to cool off.)  Needless to say, we didn't see much of the game.  At least we have this picture that Kirstie took to remind us of where we were!
