Easter Party

We have a great group of friends in our neighborhood.  I'm grateful that my kids have friends to play with and I also have a great support system of friends.  We've made it a tradition to have holiday parties for our kids.  This year we went to Ben and Tom's house for our Easter party.  We had 8 kids ages 1-8 there with a few older kids there as helpers.  We had fun doing crafts, frosting cookies, and of course having an Easter egg hunt.  If you ask Ian how the party was, he'd just reply "It was scary!"  I'm not sure what happened to scare him-- I think one of the older kids did something while the blinds were all closed (so they couldn't see the eggs being hidden) and it was kinda dark.  But after all the fun stuff, that's what he came away with-- it was scary.  Oh well.
